ORDER BEFORE 15:00

Place your eligible order before 15:00 on a working day and select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout for delivery on the next working day.

Products must be in stock, payment must be complete and any required age, identity, RIF or other order checks must be completed before dispatch.

Two-tone orders received before the 15:00 cut-off can still qualify for Next Working Day Delivery.

Two-toning itself does not add an additional delivery day.

AFTER 15:00

NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY

Orders placed after 15:00, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed from the next available working day.

Next Working Day Delivery applies from the day the parcel is dispatched.

CHOOSE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a porch, shed, garage, safe place or with a nominated neighbour, the courier may deliver the parcel in accordance with those instructions.

Please only nominate a location that you consider secure.

If a courier leaves a parcel unattended without your authority or contrary to your delivery instructions, contact JD as soon as possible so we can investigate the delivery with the courier.

RIF DELIVERY

VERIFICATION BEFORE DISPATCH

RIF orders are not dispatched until JD is satisfied that the purchaser is 18 or over and that the applicable legal requirements and defence verification have been met.

Evidence may include a valid UKARA registration, another acceptable defence supported by appropriate evidence, or JD's qualifying VIP member verification process where applicable.

UKARA is not a licence and entering a UKARA number at checkout does not automatically guarantee approval.

NO ACCEPTABLE RIF DEFENCE?

TWO-TONE MAY BE AN OPTION

If JD cannot verify an applicable defence for a RIF purchase, we may be able to offer our two-tone service instead, subject to product suitability and the applicable service charge.

Two-tone orders can still qualify for Next Working Day Delivery when an eligible order is received before the 15:00 working-day cut-off.

AIRGUNS & RFD

AIR RIFLES & AIR PISTOLS

FACE-TO-FACE TRANSFER REQUIRED

Air rifles and air pistols are handled differently from normal online goods.

Eligible airgun purchases must be transferred face-to-face in accordance with the applicable RFD requirements.

This can normally be arranged by collection from JD in Cannock or, where agreed, by transfer to another Registered Firearms Dealer for face-to-face handover.

Additional RFD transfer or carriage charges may apply.

Please make sure the delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number supplied at checkout are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact JD as quickly as possible.

If the parcel has not yet been dispatched we will try to correct the details. Once it has entered the courier network, address changes or rerouting may not be possible and additional courier charges may apply.

Not every JD product can be shipped to every country.

Local laws, courier restrictions, customs rules and product classifications may affect whether we can fulfil an international order.

Estimated EU transit times begin after dispatch and do not include delays caused by customs clearance.

Local import taxes, duties or customs charges may apply depending on the destination.
