If you are looking to return any item/s that have purchased from us in store, said item/s should be returned to us in store along with your receipt.
If you are looking to return any item/s that you have purchased from us online you are required to email us your order number and the reason / any issues that you are having for you wanting to return said item/s to us > sales@jdairsoft.net and our team will handle the return from there.
If your item/s are suspected faulty within the warranty period we will email you a return label.
When you are returning your item/s back to us here at JD Airsoft, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods, you are required to package the item/s in a suitable amount of packaging, so the box and item/s do not get damaged.
You will be required to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, if we do not see that the item/s are faulty or not fit for purpose.
We would like to recommend that you use the following packaging requirements that our courier (UPS) recommend:
- A rigid box
- Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable
- Wrap all items separately
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Use strong tape designed for shipping
- Do not use string or paper over-wrap
- Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return information, Place a duplicate address label inside the package.
If you DO NOT use the adequate packaging, you may not be issued a FULL refund, as you have not followed our business T&Cs
PayPal have announced the PayPal Policy updates due to come into effect on the 5th of March 2020. PayPal reserve the right not to return fees on refunds. As of Thursday the 5th of March 2020 PayPal will start to retain all fees from transactions that we refund. If you have made a payment with PayPal we will not be returning the fees if a refund has been requested.
