The mask comes with a four point headstrap installed which is very comfortable and easy to adjust - the anti-slip band working to ensure the mask stays seated on your head for the duration of the day. The headstrap can be easily removed and the FAST helmet adapters installed to allow you to affix the lower face mask to a FAST helmet, simply removed by releasing the buckles at either side. The inside of the mask has foam for padding, secured by velcro making them very easy to remove and install your own should you wish.
